At the 34th International Urban Planning Salon, held in Zrenjanin, Urbanisticki centar was awarded the First Prize in the category of Detailed Regulation Plans, as well as a Recognition in the category of Digital Techniques, Design and Production in Urbanism and Architecture, and Media Presentation of Urbanism and Architecture. This year, our team participated with four projects in the Detailed Regulation Plan category.
A concise guide to fundamental urban planning and construction terms used in land development and building regulations. The document aims to support clearer understanding and application of planning documentation throughout the design and spatial development process.
The Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Aleksandra Sofronijevic, and the Acting Director of the Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism, Djordje Milic, have officially awarded the first 57 licenses to legal entities authorized for the preparation of spatial and urban planning documents. The issuance of these licenses marks an important step toward standardizing and improving the quality of all planning documents in Serbia.
The Chamber of Architects, in partnership with the Association of Architects of Montenegro, organized the 3rd Congress of Architects of Montenegro under the theme “Sustainable Cities.” The congress gathered distinguished experts in the fields of architecture, urbanism, spatial planning, and landscape architecture, as well as numerous engineers interested in the topic of sustainable development.
As part of the scientific and professional conference “Urbanism and Sustainable Development” with international participation, in the category Amendments to the Legal Framework for Better Regulation of Green Infrastructure, Green City, and Public Health, Teodora Miletic (M.Arch.) presented her paper titled “Analysis of Green Infrastructure as an Integral Part of Planning Documentation.”
The team from Urbanisticki centar, authors of the urban planning concept, and Studio OBE, authors of the architectural concept, won first prize at the Urban-Architectural Competition for the Conceptual Design of the Zoo within the Entertainment and Recreation Park on Ada Ciganlija.
Andjelka Miloradovic(dia), Partner and Development Director at the Urban Planning Center, took part in the panel discussion “Do We Have a Plan?” as part of this year’s BuildUp 2024 Conference, organized by Gradnja.rs – the leading portal in the field of architecture and construction.
